It is my personal finance research. I did spend time to find a cleaner from craiglist on Feb. 12 weekend, and I paid two hours cleaning service. The cleaner told me that she never knew so dirty the kitchen before.
I am so ashamed to evaluate myself as a project manager to rent the unit by myself. I do not learn the importance to get a professional cleaner help once a while; how to deal with renters and follow up with a professional cleaning each time after a renter moves out.
Learning to be a manager and work efficiently takes time. I need to write down my experience first.
