Three things to do and make yourself best programmer in the world

Introduction

I work on my current job in my 10th year, and I was able to pass Facebook phone screen in July 2020, but failed on onsite and not be able to move to offer stage second time. I had three time onsite from Amazon as well. But nothing can stop me from being a best programmer and learner in the world. How can I find ideas how to improve myself as a solo programmer in the factory, and open to new world with so many challenges. 

Three things to work on 

I think that I have problems at work even after 10 years. I need to find more coding opportunities, and write more code. Recently I wrote a small feature of hoverover using JavaScript. I like to put together source code on github, and talk about problems found I should work on. 

1. Keep coding more just for practice - I just wrote 500 algorithms on Leetcode.com. It takes me five years from 2015 to 2020. 
2. Keep practicing system design, and learn more about topics
3. Find opportunity to write code. I also find my weakness in terms of problem solving. I need to write more JavaScript and then feel more comfortable to talk about business ideas
4. Need to work on communication at work, contribute more ideas how to make business work better, a good programmer should be a good product manager and also good business person as well. 
5. Keep in mind that time is valuable. I need to manage $100,000 dollars on stock market, and I cannot spend so much time on projects consuming too much time after work and in weekends.
