- Work closely with sales, engineering & production teams to oversee a portfolio of about 200 SKUs across 14 product categories.
- Lead a team of designers, a copywriter, a web developer, and an agency in the strategic development and execution of new products and marketing campaigns.
- Lead the campaign to revamp MP Lighting's brand image, including website rebuild, upgrading visual elements, defining the brand tone of voice, building a strong online presence through SEO (over 200 keywords), social media & email marketing, and enhancing offline presence via selective trade shows & industry events.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for an average of 4 new products per year.
