Wealthy investors are almost unanimously optimistic about markets in 2020, according to UBS Global Wealth Management. A whopping 94% of rich investors expect positive returns this year, according to a survey of more than 4,800 global respondents. About two-thirds are optimistic about their own regional stock markets.
