全球软件巨头甲骨文（Oracle）惊传大裁员，今（1）日不少员工一觉醒来发现自己公司系统登不进去，据悉甲骨文为了筹措建设人工智能数据中心的巨额资金，正在进行史上规模最大的裁员，预计全球将有高达3万人卷铺盖走人，包含美国、印度、加拿大与墨西哥都受到影响。

  员工收信崩溃：连人资都没见到

根据《Washington Times》报导，许多员工在清晨6时许就收到来自甲骨文领导层的解雇邮件，内容中指出“由于组织调整，你的职位已被取消”，且当天就是最后一个工作日。不少苦主在社群论坛Reddit和Blind哀号，表示完全没有预警，甚至连跟主管、人资（HR）说再见的机会都没有，公司帐号权限在几分钟内就被锁死，有员工不舍直言，“没有面谈、没有电话，只有一封Email，我们就被踢出去了。”

  砍掉3万人冲刺AI？

至于甲骨文这波裁员到底规模多大？虽然官方目前闭口不谈，但投资银行TD Cowen估计，这波裁撤人数可能落在2万到3万人之间，相当于全球总员工数的18%。根据内部流出的消息，这次影响主要集中在营收与健康科学部门以及SaaS虚拟营运服务，裁员比例甚至高达30%。外界分析，甲骨文之所以对老员工痛下杀手，是为了省下约80亿至100亿美元的现金流，全力冲刺AI数据中心。

传扛下千亿美元债务

事实上，甲骨文为了建设支撑AI运算的大型设施，在过去两个月内已经扛下580亿美元的新债务，甚至有报导指出，甲骨文与Open AI合作、耗资高达5000亿美元的“星际门（Stargate）”数据中心计划，正陷入筹资困境。尽管甲骨文上一季净利暴增95%，狂赚61亿美元，但投资人显然不买单，由于市场担心AI会取代传统软件，甲骨文股价今年已重挫近30%，比起2025年9月的高点，市值更是直接腰斩。

  科技业裁员潮恐还没结束

今年以来，科技业裁员浪潮不断，包括亚马逊裁撤1.6万人、微软砍掉1.5万人，Meta上周也传出裁员数百人的消息，其中甲骨文在最新的财务报告中透露，已经编列了21亿美元的重组计划预算，其中大部分将用于支付员工的资遣费。
