Option 1

1. Sign into the Scotia mobile app on your current device.
2. Go to the More menu.
3. Select Sign-in and security.
4. Select 2-step verification.
5. Select Deactivate 2SV.
6. Sign into the Scotia mobile app on your new device.
7. Select Activate 2SV on the next screen.
