高血脂如何调理？

2、头晕
如果你近期经常感觉到头晕，而且长时间得不到改善，不妨测下血脂，看是不是血脂升高的缘故。对于高血脂患者来说，血液的粘稠度本身就比正常高，粘稠度高，血液流动的速度就会慢，脑供血不足，会造成大脑缺氧的状态，而脑部缺氧的不适症状就是头晕。
3、腿抽筋
我们在睡觉的时候，一般会出现腿部抽筋的情况，我们就会想到缺钙，完全没有想到会跟高血脂有什么联系。这是不完全正确的。如果血液里脂肪含量非常高，那么胆固醇就会积聚在人体的肌肉中，然后导致肌肉萎缩，从而出现抽筋的情况。这个需要引起重视，频繁小腿抽筋，有可能是血脂升高。

"American's direct connect technology will add value for our consolidator, tour operator and agency clients," said Jackson Fernando, Director for Wooba. "Its new functionality, including Electronic Miscellaneous Document ("EMD") capability, allows simple access to travel innovations that enhance opportunities for travel providers and travelers."
In May, a Wooba client issued the first EMD by a travel agency in Latin America by using American's direct connect technology. EMDs facilitate paperless fulfillment of airlines' optional services, such as American's Preferred Seats, using more consumer-friendly and efficient technology than commonly used today. Preferred Seats provide customers the option to select and reserve more desirable seats.

这种利率差距直接导致房产市场的异常。联邦房屋金融管理局（Federal Housing Finance Agency，FHFA）经济学家最新研究显示，全美每年通常售出大约500万套房屋，但前年春季至去年底利率上升期间，全美房屋销售减少了大约130万套。

成都一街道办事处周姓负责人说，她放弃55岁以干部身份退休，决定50岁就退休，今年6月她就可以领月退俸，每月可领4000至5000元人民币。
她补充，随著年轻人失业人数增加，越来越多的社会矛盾每天都在爆发，非常可怕，“小店倒闭，灵活就业岗位变少，实际上是很可怕的一件事”。
一名颜姓退休教师说，疫情之后接二连三出现公务员被降薪、被要求退奖金的事情，“这是以前没有过的。老百姓眼中的『铁饭碗』、『金饭碗』现在开始降薪了，这不是发生在一个地方”。
山东张姓居民指出，公务员虽被减薪，但一般民众收入更少，他说，“现在老百姓手里也没钱，有的一个月拿1000多、2000元。我去辖区居委会，看到以旧换新电器，老百姓没有人去那里，或者排队看。破产的企业太多了。我周边的亲戚朋友生活都很不容易”。
