Carolina Dybeck Happe | GE CFO 2020 - 2024 -> Microsoft

 Carolina Dybeck Happe is a true visionary on global financial transformation and value creation. As the CFO of General Electric, she led their recent transformation in partnership with CEO Larry Culp that will form three independent, investment grade public companies, to be completed with the final GE Vernova spin-off in early 2024. Carolina joined GE as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2020, a critical time in the company’s history, and played a crucial role in improving the company’s financial and operating performance and building the strategy and execution of GE’s spin-off plan through her leadership of GE's global financial organization and the transformation program.

Prior to joining GE, Carolina served as CFO at Maersk, where she led a value creation effort through substantial deleveraging and reshaping the company’s portfolio to deliver more profitable growth. Before that she was CFO at ASSA ABLOY, where she helped transform the company into a global, digitally enabled innovation leader providing access solutions.
