MRVL stock | Swing trade | Be patient | Missed gain and stopped early

I also got in MRVL late until $217/ share with 100 shares, but I did not wait enough time for 700 US dollars gain. 

Learn to read chart and then follow the chart. Be patient, and stay positive, and relax, wait the time before the market close. 

Lessons learned: 

1. Place a trade on $217/ share
2. Set stop loss - $200 - $300 US dollars
3. Wait 
4. How to avoid nervousness and learn to be patient? 
5. Walk away from the computer monitor and then do other things
6. Come back every 30 minutes to read the chart again, anything new? Need to take profit, any retracement? 

How to improve my patience? 30 minutes to 3 hours wait.

Went up to $219.28, and then went down 10:45 AM - 216.44, tested 5 min chart EMA 21 and then continue to go up. It is better to wait MRVL retraced to EMA 21 and then buy MRVL stock. 

Actual VWAP price is $215/ share at 10:26 AM, above EMA 21 price, so the best bet is to place an order at price $216.50, $2 dollar less to ensure that MRVL stock will retrace to VWAP and then rebound and continue to go up. 

The time to place an order will be 50 minutes late, but the best price and then it is best risk and reward ratio. 

Check ATR - Set ATR based stop loss and then it should be good to wait until MRVL went up $221.91 at 11:15 PST. 

ATR 1.4 to 1.6 

MRVL trade was place on bar count No. 6, and then there is a demand box underneath to encourage me to get in, the purple line is EMA 5, the price is well above EMA 5 - $218.5/ share, blue line is VWAP price $215/ share. The volume weight price, the fair price is $215/ share. In order for me to make profit,  I have to get in with fair price waiting for MRVL retraced to VWAP first. 

So consider ATR price around $1.0 to $1.5, I should place the trade at price $216 to $216.5/ share. So instead of using market price in 1 min chart to place an order, switch to 5 minute chart, and then find the VWAP price, and place a price just above VWAP price, which is around $216.7/ share or $216.30/ share. 

Find VWAP price first, and then use limit order to place MRVL 100 share, instead of getting price at $218.4807, in next 15 minutes, I can get price around $216/ share.
