Introduction
It is my personal finance research. I was so worry in 2008 and 2009, my 401K and stock account lost over $6,000 dollars, so I closed those Scottrade accounts in 2010 March. Last week I sent an email to ask how I can reopen those accounts.
Case study
I got an email from Ameritrade that my accounts are still open. I thought that my accounts are closed.
