- • Lead a team of engineers to build and maintain highly available email events data processing systems using Kinesis, Kafka, AWS services, Snowflake, GO lang and python to process, store and aggregate billions of events daily in near real time, thus operating at a massive scale.
• Lead Twilio Email message data store BCR/GDPR/HIPAA compliance initiatives.
• Supported data share services to provide our customers services to retrieve near real time events information.
• Lead the team to resolve challenges related to scaling and optimizing costs of email data platform.
• Streamlined Twilio Email privacy data subject requests and sensitive data handling process.
• Managed existing event datastore and lead the design to scale across geographical regions as well as contributed in building additional new product offerings that provide in-depth data insights for Fraud prevention, Customer behavior and Deliverability trends of Twilio’s customer's email program.
• Built software vulnerabilities ticketing process and remediation workflow for Twilio Email infrastructure.
