I like to go out and walk for one hour. I also like to document my weight this morning, I weighed myself in the morning 199 lb at 9:00 AM, now my weight is 204.5 lb at 6:25 PM.
I understand that it takes one week to lose one pound by walking 7 KM from Monday to Friday. I did walk two weeks already.
I will keep the good habit and learn from my own experience. Stay healthy, stay under 200 lb.
