c'mon, PFE is the few non-overvalued assets in this bull market with a promising future. Its revenue doubled with the vaccine sales, with vaccine revenue in 2022, it can efficiently drive down its debt to zero(literally, considering that it has 33B in debt currently, and according to Reuters, it locked on more deals in 2022). they sold 33B vaccines to America and Europe in 2021, countries with less population but are rich in wallets. Now the people in Latin America and Africa all need vaccines. Since all studies to this current date has indicated that covid vaccine efficiency are falling for all vaccine types due to delta variants, people need a mrna booster for best protection, not any other vaccine boosters. Pfizer is also doing a tiered payment system, while the cost of one single vaccine is ~ 1 dollar, they are charging 18 dollar for one dose for the European Union, and 6 dollar for Africa. Yeah, European Union is much richer, but third world countries are a lot larger and blessed with a lot of population. At least their immunocompromised population, which are known to fuse variants, must take mrna vaccines to protect the rest of the world from variants. So far, the White House and WHO both indicated strong concerns for mordena and pfizer to increase the vaccine delivery at a cheap price or donate vaccines for countries too poor to afford any. That's strong sales.
I think it sounds a bargin offer, and behaves like a bargin offer. If you believe all that about hedgefunds shorting, that doesn't really make sense, especially that this historical bull market has crushed many shorters. Pfizer has value in it, a value not recognized by the most market investors.
