- • Established an Activations, Implementations and Migrations (AIM) practice from ground up to improve speed to market, increase throughput, reduce cost and deliver better customer experience
• Achieved cost reduction of >20% for eCommerce product suite and doubled the number of projects delivered from 2013 to 2014

• Led a team of 100+ people globally distributed across three locations to maintain, enhance and more importantly ensure high availability, high performance and scalability (transactions per second)
• Key challenges included recruitment of 30+ positions across the three global development centers, filling senior roles and conducting a knowledge ramp up plan to deliver large customization work for airline cutovers under high pressure/strict timelines.

The Rail team was entirely based off-shore in Krakow, Poland while the Cruise team was transitioned completely to Bangalore, India. Demonstrated the ability to manage remote teams to achieve program objectives• Managed development for multiple product lines (USD 125M+ in revenues) in Sabre's Travel Network business • Successfully managed the challenges of running highly global teams and diverse programs (Rail, Car, Cruise and Geo Services). One of the major projects was to reinvent the optimization models, establish market leadership and support the 20MM revenue targets. Both the operations research and product development teams were based in Southlake, TX.
• Managed a 30+ cross-functional team of Developers, Testers and Operations Research analysts to support a base of 50 customers
• Successfully delivered the new crew pairing optimization engine under a tight timeline and budget (USD 300K) resulting in seven new customers and USD 2MM in additional revenue
• Powered the products with industry leading ILOG Rules and Optimization technology for flexibility and performance
• Awarded the best technical prize at the prestigious AGIFORS conference for Shift Scheduling Optimization
• Filed application for patent under a joint name with the US Patent Office on shift scheduling techniques for airport manpower planning
• Recognized and awarded a prize for playing a key role in winning new business at the company’s annual sales summit
• Represented the company at leading universities and industry conferences while being the department point person for key vendors like Microsoft and ILOG
