My friend Dr. Jin told me that I have to pay attention to my weight issue. I have to put it high priority to lose weight. I met Dr. Jin on August 19, 2019. I like to appreciate my friendship with Dr. Jin, and also I like to work on fitness research and figure out how to lose another 10 lbs from 182 lb to 172 lb.
I used to complain the issue with my knee, I used to talk to my roommate Emma back in 2017. I should work on fitness, and keep my weight around 176 lb instead of 186 lb.
