Introduction
It is the biggest lesson I learn in my adult life. I spent much less and saved $65,000 Canadian dollars, but if I purchase $6000 dollars Microsoft stock in 2010 then I will have same return $65,000 dollars in April 2020. I like to look into the challenge for me to learn financial world. I purchased 10 shares of Microsoft in Sept. 11, 2001 $66/ share. What if I purchased 100 share MSFT in Sept. 11, 2001 and kept it all the time?
10 years hard work
I work full time 10 years, I did not take any sick day in 2010 and 2011. I purchased old used car in 2015 (2001 Honda Accord with over 140,000 KM) and also lived 10 years in a small bedroom in a house, paying monthly rent $350/ month to $480/month including utilities, wifi.
I learn that my best year from age 44 to 53 years old are gone; I like to challenge myself to be a problem solver.
