Rule No. 1 - project, or act what you like to feel 



Weakness - check list of weakness, which one is the weakest one?

Goal - positive state - ideal performance state - brain wash yourself

Opposite - golf will say - I love pudding ... relate to weakness you have
flip around

Think tough, work tough - performance goals vs outcome goals
