Introduction
I have to spend time to learn how to trade stock. I am wondering why USA cannot increase interest rate, Canada as well, so that I can deposit my saving into the bank, and let the inflated house market cool down? Two million people deferred mortgage payment, no single condo on the market to sell to predict housing market crash.
Stock market crazyness
I went through the most crazy month with my 10 years Canada saving. One side is to push myself to learn, and I understand that my 10 year nonstop working cannot beat a person with good investment sense, $6000 dollars in 2010 in Microsoft stock will generate $60,000 return in 10 years. What is the value of my hard working, non-stopping work 10 years?
I do not purchase a new car, used car instead; I did not replace four new tires, I repaired the tires. I did not purchase a new mobile phone two years ago, instead used one. I do not have mobile phone plan, just pay as you go.
