Over the past several years, I’ve led the growth and development of a high-performing engineering team, scaling it from 6 to 20 members while establishing clear roles, structured responsibilities, and a strong technical foundation. I’ve managed cross-functional teams on multiple product lines and industry sectors, standardizing development practices and ensuring regulatory compliance. In close collaboration with product line management, sales, and customer care, I helped define the core attributes of our next-generation products. I also led the strategic planning and adoption of key technologies for a new controls system, resulting in the successful delivery of next-gen controller hardware and software for a fuel cell module (FCM) product—completed four weeks ahead of schedule. I spearheaded requirements elicitation using Jama and engaged lead customers to refine early interface and functionality designs. Additionally, I designed the system architecture and interfaces for communication, diagnostics, field service, and telematics, improving product standardization and reducing cybersecurity risk management costs. To support regulatory compliance, I established the Software Update Management System (SUMS) and contributed to the implementation of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Management in alignment with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.Over the past several years, I’ve led the growth and development of a high-performing engineering team, scaling it from 6 to 20 members while establishing clear roles, structured responsibilities, and a strong technical foundation.
