Seth Blackley
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and Board Member
As chief executive officer, Seth oversees all aspects of strategy, growth and execution for Evolent. Prior to Evolent, Seth was the executive director of corporate development at The Advisory Board Company. He started his career as an analyst in the Washington, D.C., office of McKinsey & Company. He earned a B.S. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with highest honors, and his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is also active in community organizations, including the Capital Area Food Bank, where he is a member of the board of directors. Seth and his three children live in Arlington, Virginia.
