• • • Manage and lead a team of software developers and technical specialists across global offices to support client product integration, custom solutions, and product enhancements of the mission-critical Enterprise Content Management Software, Solutions, Services, and Analytical Software Solutions.
    • Develop cloud-based Content Management System, FE using Angular.js, BE using JAVA Spring Boot, Database using Marclogic NoSQL, deployed on AWS EC2 instances with Kubernetes cluster orchestration, GitLab repository and Jenkins CI/CD.
    • Lead technical aspects of customer-facing projects; includes the management of technical expectations for joint project teams and activities.
    • Collect and analyze customer technical needs, translating them into backlogs items and architectural artifacts that are created, reviewed, approved, and prioritized by the client.
    • Oversee the implementation of corporate processes and procedures. Evaluate, document, and evolve the technical processes and procedures and ensure all of the team members are trained.
    • Traditional and Machine Learning techniques of semantic processing and NLP. Knowledgeable in XML content life cycle using XSLT.
    • Collaborate with both technical and subject matter experts (internal, external, and client staff) to maintain focus on the project vision and manage the scope of the project.
    • Contribute towards assessments of trade-offs between usability, cost, and performance. Assist the client in assessing those trade-offs and work to ensure timely decision making.
    • Build positive relationships with clients and work with project PMs to ensure the successful completion of projects and the identification of future consulting and software opportunities.
    • Leverage Agile SCRUM and KANBAN methods to manage project scope for on time and within budget delivery.
