What to learn after 10th year on the same job?

Introduction

It is 10th year I work full time in the same factory. I started from June 15, 2010, now it is 2019, October. What I should learn after 10th year on the same job?

Personal finance

I spent most of time this year to learn personal finance. This year is 10 year bull market, I put all my IRA CD back to stock market, and also set up a Canadian TFSA account and start to learn to stay in market.

One idea I learn is not to time the market. The time in the market is more important. Also I need to spend time to watch videos, read articles. One idea is to watch Google talk given by those hedge fund manager or fund manager, and then I start to read more articles, and learn some basics.
