Case study: Why bond ETF prices go up quickly?

Introduction

It is so interesting to learn that bond ETF price goes up. I like to ask why? And I like to learn why market is so easy for me to work on rebalance, since bond ETF goes up and I like to sell, and equity ETF goes down and I like to purchase.
