What are challenges to be a competitive programming as a 53 years old?

Introduction

I have to work on some research related to my age, and how should I work on retaining my skills to write bug-free code in C#.

1. I should join Leetcode weekly contest last three months;
2. I should write easy level algorithm weekly, my number on Leetocode is 463 last two months;
3. I should find time to work on my coding;
4. I should not worry about stock market. Be a passive investor, stay on the course, be a long term investor;
5. I should control my emotions. I got so much joy when SPX hit 3300, and my TFSA has unrealized gain over $3500 dollars.
