Introduction
It is the first time I spent over three hours to work on Canada revenue agency website, and explore all product features. I like to write a short report on this website.
CRA Login
I could not login using username and password, so that I had to start a three hour journey to explore all login related features. I like to get the documents for BC recovery benefit, $500 dollar claim.
I like to experience pros and cons in terms of product features. I had to work around a few times, including resetting password, find my username, and then download BC service card mobile app, at last I finally login in using BC service mobile card.
BC service mobile card is not too hard for me to get. I used the app to send my photo and video, so that I had chance to get approved in less than two hours.
I downloaded T4 slips for past years first time. I could not find three documents through CRA website.
