We’ve been exploring the topic of health, both mental and physical @therandagolf over the last few months and some of the stories we’ve uncovered are extremely moving.
In today’s fast paced life, it doesn’t take much to let our mental and physical health slip down the priority list in place of other demands. How often do you take time to step away from the whir of life and step into the calm of something that makes you feel good?
There are many things in my life that fill me up with health, journaling in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee, running on the beach with Ghillie, surfing in the North Sea come rain or shine and most definitely golf.
I’m shortly setting off on a trip to restore my soul and visiting some golf courses I’ve had on my bucket list for quite some time @broragolfclub @royal.dornoch …. and while I’m switching off and recharging over these few days I’m going to be reflecting on some of the truths about golf and the positive impact it has on our health all round. For you, for me and for the people we love.
