How to tell if I am below (should be above now) average as an investor?

Introduction

It is time for me to learn how to evaluate myself as an investor. I did buy high and sell 15 years low in 2009, and I did the same thing in VIGRX in 2001. How should I start to learn to evaluate myself or other above average or not.

Above average

I just could not believe that I was 1% in 2009 to act reactively, and I like to figure out how to evaluate myself where I am at the very beginning.

Every area I should work on at least 100 hours first in order not to stay 1% lowest level.
