Heartbroken.

I was impacted by the recent round of layoffs at Microsoft. It took me a few days to come to terms with this news but I am back to the grind now. Since I am on H1b, the clock’s ticking and I have a limited time to look for a job. Please reach out to me if you have any opportunities

I have 8+ years of experience, started as a systems engineer and spent 5+ years at Microsoft as a Technical Program Manager working on the Microsoft Learn platform as an International Customer Experience PM.

I would like to thank everyone I have worked with in my 5+ years at Microsoft. It has definitely been hell of a ride.

Lastly, anyone in a similar situation, my heart goes out to you. Take care of yourself. Hang in there and this too shall pass.

• • As an international experience PM, I have achieved documented increase in the reach of Microsoft Azure content, sites and services globally, with focus on the non-English speaking countries. My responsibilities included pursuing strategic partnerships internally within Microsoft and externally to amplify the usage of Microsoft products. My accomplishments include managing a $1 Million expansion project to expand the reach of Microsoft Azure content and services to new markets such as Indonesia and the Middle East and increased reach by 200%.
    
    Prior to my role as an international experience PM, I was an Localization PM and my responsibilities included, but not limited to, owning a $2M portfolio of content localization and publishing with end to end process supervision to identify and improve bottlenecks, budget management, feature gap identification, technical spec documentation and stakeholder communication. One of my more notable achievements was working on a multimedia localization project where we pioneered a process to localize images at scale which had not been achieved before.
