Unable to registering SQL Server (MSSQL 2008 SP3) in SolarWinds DPA , we are getting below error.

While registering SQL Server in Solarwinds DPA, we are getting the below error.  

An unknown error has occurred. The provided message is "TLS_HANDSHAKE_FAILED: The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS13, TLS12]". 

Suggest that you:

1. If you haven't already, please follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base Article hyperlink referenced in the registration error wizard screen above
2. TLS 1.0 has been disabled by default (due to TLS 1.0 vulnerabilities) since DPA 2021.1.1 and later. Update your database's configuration to support TLS 2 or 3 connections.  (Optionally you could override DPA security and enable TLS 1.0. However, lowering security to 1.0 is never recommended).
