One more proposal | Burning water

  • When washing clothes, wash water at 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) on 30 minute wash cycles killed 100% of all life stages.  Washing at 40 degrees C (100 degrees F) killed all adults and nymphs, but only 25% of eggs.  So clearly, washing clothes for bed bug dis-infestation should be done at the hottest temperatures (about 140 degrees F).
Use small bucket or 10 gallon garbage Trash/Garbage Can/Bin, home depot $45.00 dollars/ each, and then soak beddings into 100 degree water.

One idea is to burn water on stove, and then pour into garbage can. It is very dangerous to handle 100 degree water. I burned myself last weekend on my feet because of extreme hot water.

It is better to use this burning water to soak those clothes first, and then use wash machine to wash them. Otherwise special bedbug detergent costs too much.
