I like to take some notes from the article. I need to figure out how to take calculated risk. Big risk is not to take enough risk.

One thing is missing - evaluate the risk of turnover rate first six months, it is very challenge to work there the first two years. Prepare for the worst.

The offer does not matter that much.

Focus on middle term or long term return. Like investment on stock market, invest on USA economy, grow with USA economy. Make a balanced portfolio.
