How to work hard as an equity investor?

 I can write down a few of ideas how to work hard. 

1. Learn more about businesses. Stay in the business I can understand; 
2. Learn more about my own experience as an investor;
3. Keep learning. Watch more videos, and also read more books related to stock investment;
4. Learn to take some risk, and try to focus on one stock and then invest it in the long term.
