Introduction
I have to learn how to get rid of extra 20 lbs. It is so hard for me to find good ideas how to do it. I just like to work on project - walk 6 miles to home after work every day. The weather is so good for me to take pleasant work. I like to find ideas to spend those two hours, what to do. I thought about getting a phone - Google pixel 4 5G phone with 120 GB storage, I like to install apps and try so many apps from Google.

I need to be careful, learn how to take care myself physically and mentally in pandemic.
I just could not believe myself that I have to learn how to walk two hours without too much stress. I feel so stress to walk uphill in the first park before commercial drive road, so I just walk zigzag to avoid uphill. I just could not believe that my heart just could not handle stress of small uphill.
Three miles walk, I need to take so many breaks. What I did is to take some selfies. I plan to work on something more challenge for my future walks. I need to check safety, I did jaywalk first three walks, and I learned to take extra steps to cross the street with signal intersection.
