I just could not believe that. Two hours walk a day is so challenge for me to learn and make a few changes on my daily activities.
New life style
I have to learn how to recover from two hours walk. I also need to learn better how to work better every day in the office, since I will be more fit with less weight.
I have to measure how I vary in terms of performance in terms of weight, 180 lb, 190 lb, 200 lb, 206 lb.
I do think that it is important to learn difference as a 55 year old compared to being a 50 year old.
