Introduction
It is my first run to join Vancouver Chinese running group on wechat. I like to write a short blog and document my experience.
30 minutes running
We met at 8:15 AM, and then 15 minutes warmup. Since it was raining, we only ran 30 minutes and then met together in the theater to celebrate Valentine's day.
