Introduction
It was such great experience to work with the interviewee. He was super smart and came out the solution with time complexity O(m), m is maximum of rows and columns. And then I asked him to optimize the time complexity, and then we had very good discussion to explore the binary search algorithm together. I just could not believe that the discussion helps me as well as an interviewer, I need to learn how to be a better communicator, listen to the interviewee, and then learn how to have a good conversation to exchange ideas.
