Introduction
It is such tough season since I have allergies. All my attention is about coronavirus, full time job and also my allergies. My weight went up to 198 lb. I need to work on weight control seriously.
10 things to change
Here are my highlights. I am very experienced person to control weight.
- No more red meat. Only eat chicken. To save cost, no beef, shrimp etc.
- Run 3 miles a day, one hour;
- Get up around 6:00 AM every day;
- Eat less and experience hungry a few times a day; Cut snack;
- Play some tennis against the wall;
- Control portion of my food; Drink more water
