From January 2015, she started to practice leetcode questions; she trains herself to stay focus, develops "muscle" memory when she practices those questions one by one.

The company, which has roughly 62,000 employees, will be eliminating up to 3,100 positions. It said that it expects to take restructuring and other charges of between $500 million and $700 million, and that it would retrain and redeploy some staff.
