          • Drive alignment between infrastructure and strategic and business needs as part of our xPA (cross organization) efficiency team and as a compute domain steward (>3 years). I bring operational, product and financial prioritization to the product roadmap for compute and storage products. Current emphasis is on more efficiency shifting workloads between datacenters, revising our approach to managing long running workloads and addressing workload constraints as we approach the limits of what the hardware is capable of.           • Directly and indirectly lead teams responsible for machine resources for Search (Indexing and Serving), Core Infrastructure, Geo, Mobile, and Photos. Responsibilities include budget planning, datacenter selection, platform selection, network provisioning, machine deployment, machine allocation and management of shared software infrastructure. Planning horizons range from the operational out to multiple years in partnership with both products and our facilities deployment teams.
