Stay healthy in 50s, more sports in 50s

Stay healthy in 50s

More sports in 50s

I gained 8lbs this winter, from 184 lb to 192 lb, obesity weight, my height is 168 cm, 5 foot 5 inches. I like to give those eight pounds a name, it is dangerous for me as a 50s. I weigh 192 lb. I decide to say goodbye to those 8 lbs.

I like to make those 8 lbs meaningful. So I like to use a sports to memorize it. I start to swim and practice dive board diving. I talked to life guards in the pool, and like to make 8 new friends while I try to give away those extra fat through exercise daily in the evening.

Here are highlights:

1. 8 lbs - each lb I have to dive 50 times, and I plan to spend $50 monthly pass, dive 400 times in two months.
2. Meet 8 new people in the pool area. I was not a good learner, one day a person talked to me, and showed me how to dive when he was a kid. He also suggested me to wear a life jacket. I started my journey, and I know that it is to take calculated risk.
