Introduction
It is a short study related to lack of sleep recently. I did not pay attention to my sleep habit recently. I should sleep eight hours and do enough sports to keep myself health.
Lack of sleep
I found an excuse for me to explain how I can push myself hard in a 2-hour or 1.5 hour contest last Saturday. One is from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM, one is from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
