Open house visit

Introduction


It is my first visit to the open house in the city of Surrey. I had chance to talk to realtor and then I got the documents to read from condo association.


Financial data



It is hard for me to make decision to give an offer. Even though I have saved 20% down payment, but I could not get the loan from the bank. $225,000 dollars, $80,000 dollar below market value, but $180,000 Canadian dollar mortgage is not not easy to be approved just after the stress test is released shortly.
