Introduction
It is my favorite weekly contest. I only solved first two algorithms. I have 40 minutes to work on the third and fourth algorithm, but I could not come out binary search algorithm as an idea for algorithm III, and I have idea to solve the algorithm but I could not come out how to implement the idea using a few lines of code.
