Introduction
I like to learn to be a fan for tennis player Bianca Andreescu. What I like to do is to spend hours to watch her play on youtube.com, and her interview. Most of important is for me to learn how to keep same weight as she does, 176 lb. Now I am 184 lb, I just lost 8 lb from 192 lb two months ago. I like to lose another 8 lbs so that my knee will feel better.
Reduce stress and have more fun
One thing I can do is to educate myself, how many nutrition I need for a daily basis. Also I have to learn how to keep myself active in terms of sports activity, daily work, and other interest as well.
