It is so challenging to read the market. The city of Pitt meadow, one bedroom condo price almost double twice in 3 years.

Double and double


It is hard to read those market data. One bedroom condo started from $138,288 in April 20, 2015. After 16 months, August 2016, the price goes up $80,000. Another 18 month, the price goes up another $120,000 dollars. 

It is my time to understand the market and also Canada as a resident in British Columbia. I came to Vancouver back in April 18, 2010. I have not purchased any real estate last 9 years in Canada.
