Anita Gibbs is an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and the lead prosecutor in the Mike Ross case when Mike is charged for practicing law without a license. She was on New York Bar Exam review board at the time of Mike's hearing for entering the bar. She planned to not allow Mike to become a member of the bar, but Jessica Pearson reminded her of her compassion and she allowed for Mike to become a member of the Bar.
