Introduction

It takes a village to build an investment mindset. I like to talk to my sister, and also friends and get more tips how to build an investment mindset. It is hard for me to admit that somehow I can not tell the difference of market, last 9 years I have not studied how to invest at all.

My baby step

I spent time to find all my paper work, and then I found my 2011 loan application. I took the picture and then checked in my github private repository. I only talked to loan officer twice last 9 years, one is in 2011, and the other one is 2017.

My research

I like to spend some time to conduct some research on real estate in the province of British Columbia.
