Introduction

I like to write a blog for my real estate research. I like to use some public data and then conduct some analysis to see how people are betting on the condos in the cities of British Columbia province. The research definitely takes me a few hours to collect data, and also perform some basic analysis using Excel sheet.

My case study

I like to learn how to take some risk, and invest early on a home in British Columbia province. I did not choose to get a loan and purchase a property from 2010 to 2018. It is never too late to study and learn, and have more understanding about the real estate market.

I did some study by myself this Saturday night, and I will show a case study how a city of British Columbia with 100,000 population a new community with 600 square foot units over 10 of them last 3 years from 2015 to 2018, how people buy and flip to make hundreds of dollars.
