After-hours movers:
Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE:EW) rose 9% after reporting strong second quarter results and guidance. Q2 sales grew 11.9% to $1.53 billion.
Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) shares were flat despite slightly better results than expected in the second quarter. Management also announced actions to drive improved execution and efficiency.
Deckers Brands (NYSE:DECK) rose 12% after publishing stronger than expected quarterly figures. Deckers Brands sees Q2 2026 EPS of $1.50-$1.55, versus the consensus of $1.40.
AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) fell 10% after it announced its intent to offer $500 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2032 in a private offering.
Synovus Financial (NYSE:SNV) fell 8% after Pinnacle Financial Partners (Nasdaq: NASDAQ:PNFP) and Synovus announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock transaction valued at $8.6 billion.
