Introduction

It is hard for me to have good weight control. I have weight control issues. I have to push myself to learn again in 55 year old. I have to go back to tennis sports and learn how to work on my daily routines inside home.

Here is the video. I like to practice this workout every day at least 10 times. I like to learn basic stretches.
